The prompt return of all keys is important because you remain in possession of the property until the keys have been surrendered, a quick turnover is often necessary to accommodate the future tenant’s move-in deadlines, and failure to comply will result in a change of lock fee which will be withheld from your security deposit.

I lived at one of the newly updated buildings that this company owns on Branard street. The maintenance guys were awesome, great response time and super easy to do put in work orders online. The office staff made the lease process very easy and everyone seemed to be on the same page. Loved everything about living here. It had the best community out door living space I had ever seen. Loved to eat out there on nice nights with friends or other residents.

I was really looking for a place with a good location near Montrose, and the smaller units I found are walking distance to most of my favorite places.
The property managers and maintenance crew have both been quick to respond when I needed them, and have been pleasant to interact with. Having rented for the last 10 years in a couple different towns, I've learned that a good property manager is way more important than the unit itself!

Anyone considering joining an Urban One Property as a resident should jump at the opportunity! I love this place and I really like the people in management, who are responsive and incredibly kind-hearted. Where can you find management like that anymore? Put simply, you cannot!
