If you are having minor pest issues, you will not have to make any preparations, except for placing pets in a secure area or room.

(If pets are not secured for a scheduled treatment, a $50 trip charge will be charged to tenant to reschedule service.)

 

X-Terminator pest control uses low toxicity chemicals safe for pets.

This includes Liquids, Dusts and Granules depending on the areas of treatment, type of pests and level of activity.

Please do not use any chemicals or pest sprays prior to service as this can effect the chemicals provided by the professional.

If you are having uncommon pest issues, please notify us by submitting a maintenance request online.  For uncommon pest, you may be asked to remove all dishes from cabinets and underneath the sink prior to treatment.

 

Treatment of uncommon pests or infestations include:
Wasps/Fleas/Mites/Bedbugs/Termites/Rodents/Wildlife
Apartment must be inspected and approved by property management prior to service for uncommon pests.

IS THIS SERVICE FREE
Regular Pest control is included at no charge to you.  

 

There are some uncommon pest issues that the resident MAY be respondible to cover the cost of service (Bed bugs, fleas, etc.).  Please note when scheduling what type of pest you may have in your apartment.
