HOW DO I PREPARE MY UNIT FOR SERVICE
Please see instructions below to prepare for service.
The service tech will leave a "Service Complete" form inside your unit to confirm service was completed.

QUARTERLY & ONE TIME SERVICE
You do not need to be present for service, our maintenance team will provide access to your apartment. If you are having minor pest issues, you will not have to make any preparations, except for placing pets in a secure area or room.

PETS
PETS MUST BE SECURED
Dogs and/or Cats must be in a kennel, closed in a bedroom or taken offsite during service. If you have pets, please notify technician how you will secure your pet in the notes section when requesting service.
(If pets are not secured for a scheduled treatment, a $75 trip charge will be charged to tenant to reschedule service.)
X-Terminator pest control uses low toxicity chemicals safe for pets.
This includes Liquids, Dusts and Granules depending on the areas of treatment, type of pests and level of activity.

Can I use my own spray or chemicals?
Please do not use any chemicals or pest sprays prior to service as this can effect the chemicals provided by the professional.
Treatment of uncommon pests or infestations include:
Wasps/Fleas/Mites/Bedbugs/Termites/Rodents/Wildlife
Apartment must be inspected and approved by property management prior to service for uncommon pests.

IS THIS SERVICE FREE
Regular Pest control is included at no charge to you.
There are some uncommon pest issues that the resident MAY be respondible to cover the cost of service (Bed bugs, fleas, etc.). Please note when scheduling what type of pest you may have in your apartment.

If you are experiencing pest issues and the next quarterly service is more than 2 weeks away, we can schedule a ONE TIME SERVICE request for your unit. Please read directions below to schedule pest control.
HAVE PEST ISSUES AND QUARTERLY SERVICE IS
MORE THAN 2 WEEKS AWAY?
To schedule ONE TIME SERVICE - Please submit a maintenance request through your online portal. Please select 3 preferred days and times for service. ​

You will not need to be home for X-Termination Pest Control to treat your apartment. They will select one of the dates you provide. You will receive a confirmation text for service.
